If you’re unable to visit us in person, we are on hand to talk through your detailed questions, send extra photos plus provide a real-time walkaround video of any vehicle.

For the utmost peace of mind, we’re also delighted to offer a 7-Day Promise Guarantee on all vehicles that have been purchased online or via telephone.

This Guarantee gives you up to 7 days to make sure you’re completely happy that your chosen vehicle is exactly what you need.

Ultimately you can choose to keep your car, swap it for another one or get your money back!

We can also deliver it for £99 within 100 miles of our showroom. Beyond that we charge £1 per extra mile to deliver the car to your doorstep. (Example delivery to Manchester – mileage 159 miles, total cost for delivery £159)

How to return

To receive a full refund on your vehicle, the following conditions apply:

  • You must inform us before 6pm within the 7-day period – tel. 0208 5661777.
  • The vehicle must be returned to us in the same condition as it was received.
  • The vehicle must not have been modified.
  • The vehicle must not have been in an accident nor damaged.
  • The 200-mile limit for the 7-day period has not been exceeded.
  • You are responsible for returning the vehicle back to Draytons.

Visa and Mastercard payments will be refunded back to the same card with 5 working days. BACS transfers will be completed with 2 working days.

Please note that any extended warranty purchased for the vehicle is non-refundable.

The 7-Day Promise Guarantee does not affect your 28 days statutory rights.
