I had been searching online for a new car on and off for the past few months. With the money I was willing to spend I was unsure if it would be wise to buy privately however dealerships were far more expensive.

Upon arrival I met Andrew who was very professional and helpful. I felt so relaxed and not under any pressure what so ever to purchase. I never brought a car from the UK before and didnt know what was needed for the VRT.They explained what I needed and booked the VRT for me. They even met me at the VRT centre.

I bought the car 2 months ago and have to say it is impeccable. They did say I could contact them if there ever was an issue but honestly it is of the highest quality and i couldnt imagine any problems arising.

I decided before Christmas that l needed to change my car, and with the exchange rate between the Euro and Sterling particularly good l decided to look in the UK. A very good friend of mine recommended Draytons as she had purchased her own car from this garage previously and highly recommended them. It was sheer luck that Tareq was visiting lreland before Christmas and l was able to meet up with him. I had a few models in mind and he was able to spend time with me going through the pros and cons of each one,l was very impressed with his vast amount of knowledge and felt totally in safe hands and fairly quickly l decided on which car l wanted. Tareq knew my budget including the VRT on bringing it into lreland and said he would look as soon as he was back in England. Within a couple of days he contacted me with the exact car l was looking for! The exact specification and colour. The deal was done! It was also under my budget! It was delivered without any problem to a location very near to where l live, and the guy who delivered it Andrew couldn’t have been any nicer or professional, he even booked my VRT for me for the following week… Dealing with Draytons was an absolute dream, with regards to professionalism, service and above all trust. It was easier for me to import a car from the UK than going to a garage in Ireland and they have definitely made me a repeat customer, they assured me if there are any problems with the car.. Which of course there isn’t, they’re only a phone call Away, and offered any follow up service. In a world where great customer service is so important and at times thin on the ground..
